Just Like Family Home Health Care was founded by Shannon King, whose commitment to compassionate care began early in her career as a nursing assistant while attending college. After nearly 20 years as a dedicated middle school math teacher, Shannon was called back to caregiving when she cared for her grandmother during hospice. That meaningful experience became the inspiration for this company and its guiding philosophy: to treat every client just like family.
